Return Policy
Custom Orders - With the exception of damaged products received during the shipping process, please note that returns/refunds are NOT available for custom orders. Custom orders include all cut-to-size material/fabrication for your specific job including, but not limited to, all glass, mirror, plastic and metal products. It also includes tempered glass, Insulated units, as well as any original design/fabrication created for you to meet your size and/or color specifications.
Deposit on Custom Orders - Deposits are not normally refundable. At our discretion, deposits on custom orders may be returned provided we have not incurred any expenses and have not begun production. Production begins when the material for your specific job is cut or ordered from the factory.
